| Before I read the others comments.. I thought MAYBE $100 per sheet. But know feel $50 would be about right. You can never tell though if you decide to sell them. Over the past year or two there has been a flood of 1st series sheets which has for the most part taken 1st 'Uncut Sheet's from $800-$1000 down to $300-500. Most uncut sheet collectors do tend to collect the 1/2 sheets, which I suggest being termed "Uncut Sheet", that has 132 cards. I have a small description on Uncut sheets at the UG, see link below. The 44 card "Boards" that you have would be nice in 1st series for collectors to hang up as they are much easier to frame and handle. They are worth more than only $10-20 each. There are a few newer collectors that have started bidding up the prices on some sheets. Mainly those sold from Topps Vault. So it will be interesting to see how the prices on sheets goes with more collectors. Collecting sheets is not a quick and easy item to collect. They don't show up for sell everyday. If you're looking for anything GPKwise and might want to trade for them send me an email. So how did you end up with these sheets? I always find it interesting where some of these come from. Especially if you have the Boards. I tried buying a 1st series Uncut Sheet at the PhillyCon/Allentown last year from Topps but Fred the artist decided to keep it! grr.. :) I thought it was cool though that one of the new artists was going to hang up a 1st uncut sheet for inspriation and childhood memories to aide in new art. > Very helpful guys, > either way this will look cool hanging up in my house. > Much better than the GPK series one posters..ya know? > and those can sell for $20. > > When you say $30-50, > do you mean value per sheet or both? > > > > The condition sounded a little rough but not too bad... I think it could go for a little more than your estimate (maybe $30-$50). Since they are oddball items, you really never know what to expect when selling them... I have no idea on what the demand is for original series 1 sheets of 44. > > > > I agree that most people that collect these types of items want the sheets of 132 or 264, but there are collectors that would be excited to get anything from the original series 1. > > > > Wayne > > > > > > > There isn't a good price guide for sheet collecting. Being cut into 44 card groups and not a common full sheet of 132 really kills its value and collectability. Sheet collectors like myself generally only look for full sheets of 132 or 264. I'd value your sheets at around $10-20 only because they are first series. That's my estimate, hope it helps. > > > > > > > I own 2 sheets of the series 1 gpks (usa version) uncut sheets. > > > > These are glossy backs, stickers do have die cuts. > > > > Not mint, side and corners show some softness, but stickers are not peeling or creased. > > > > > > > > My sheets are in 44 card groups > > > > series A on one sheet and Bs on the other. > > > > This makes a full master set with checklist backs and award backs. > > > > > > > > so whats the value? > > > > > > > > I don't know. I can't find a good price guide for things of this nature. |
